a one-day virtual conference that took place on March 1, 2021.  


Featuring speakers from across Ireland and the global Irish community, 

the conference featured citizens, activists, academics, and politicians

engaging on dialogue on various aspects of citizenship in the Post-Brexit era.


As part of this conference, VotingRights.ie released a series of 

essays entitled “The Citizenship Papers” on 

voting rights, electoral reform, and the role and contribution of emigrants in Irish society.
